WeightRecord (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Visiontel.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and what rights you have under relevant privacy laws, including GDPR.
By using WeightRecord, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Provide Locally
WeightRecord stores the following data locally on your device only:
Weight entries
Photos you choose to attach
Measurements (e.g., body metrics)
Notes
Nutrition data
Any other data you manually input
This data is never uploaded, transferred, or shared with Visiontel or any third-party servers.
You remain the sole owner of your data.
3. Photos and Image Rights
Photos are stored locally on your device.
The App does not access, analyze, upload, or process your images externally.
You can delete photos at any time from within the App or by clearing app data.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
4. Automatically Collected Information (AdMob)
WeightRecord uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect:
Device identifiers
Approximate location
App usage data
Ad engagement data
This data collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, not Visiontel.
Google may use this data to deliver, personalize, and improve ads.

4.1. GDPR & Ad Personalization
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) may receive a consent prompt for personalized ads.
You can change your ad personalization preferences at any time through:
Google Account ad settings
Device-level ad settings
Visiontel does not receive any personal data from AdMob.
5. Children’s Privacy
WeightRecord is intended for users aged 13 and older.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has used the App and submitted information, contact us so we can assist.
Parents or guardians should supervise users under 18.
6. Data Storage & Security
All user-entered data is stored exclusively on the user’s device.
Because no personal data is transmitted to VisionTel, we do not store or process user data on servers.
However, the security of your device (e.g., malware, theft, unauthorized access) is your responsibility.
7. Data Deletion
Because all personal data is local, deleting your data is simple:
Delete entries inside the App
Clear app storage in device settings
Or uninstall the App entirely
Visiontel cannot recover deleted data.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Even though no personal data is stored by Visiontel, GDPR requires the following rights be acknowledged:
You have the right to:
Access your data (all of it is on your device)
Correct your data (edit entries within the app)
Delete your data (uninstall/clear storage)
Withdraw consent for personalized ads (via Google settings)
Since Visiontel does not store or process personal data, data-related requests are handled entirely on your device.
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party component:
Google AdMob
Used solely for displaying advertisements. No other external services collect or store your data.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When significant changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
